so i wanted to go with a matrix theme for the coursers, based on the black leather and sunglasses i'd assume there may have been a little inspiration in their style from the matrix. Specifically, entering prid 000e210a and then entering enable. None of the current mods are active, and are bugged.

He did not have a character, just the altered voice. I looked everywhere in the institute and even in sanctuary, guy is nowhere to be found! Would be great to get an updated version that works so we can keep him as a companion.
